The H2 Pitcher is the approved 2 litre W10-2 countertop product: twin electrode chambers, a fast 3-minute cycle, and enough capacity to keep the whole household in hydrogen‑rich water. Final production electrical details are announced with the production run.
Hydrogen concentration: hydrogen-rich, a gentler everyday concentration. No verified figure is published for the pitcher; built for volume: the Pitcher serves the household while the Flask carries our highest concentration on the road.

Returns and fault handling are set out on the Policies page. Where the specification is silent, so are we: we do not name the body material or publish a whole-product food-contact declaration, a shipping weight or an ingress rating, because we do not hold documents that state them.
What the documents do and do not settle
Several held documents list W10-2 among covered models, including CE EMC, RoHS, FCC, MSDS and a food-contact report. Those model lists do not establish hydrogen performance, production consistency, electrical safety or health outcomes, and the food-contact report tested only the two submitted parts described in it.
- What that settles. W10-2 appears in readable model lists attached to held third-party documents.
- What it does not settle. Hydrogen output, electrode material, production battery or whole-production conformity. The two QTT water reports name H88 only and are excluded from this pitcher's Product schema.
- The pitcher can be pre-ordered, with limits disclosed. Written production specifications and a W10-2 hydrogen test are still required before independent performance claims can be published.

The model identity is settled as W10-2, but hydrogen performance, wetted-part materials, water requirements and production power configuration are not, so this evidence record stays provisional. What water should I use?
We cannot answer that honestly until the production guidance is confirmed, so do not infer compatibility from the H88 or from a seller listing. The requirement will be published before fulfilment or customer use.
