We choose the market leaders in China on price and quality, visit every factory ourselves, customise every product, test it in-house and with independent laboratories, check every certificate and ship it ourselves. Then we stand behind it: a 1-year warranty and 30-day returns on unopened items on everything we sell.
Two Companies, One Standard
Most brands buy a catalogue product and put a logo on it. We work the other way round.
We visit every factory ourselves
Our Shenzhen company sits an hour from the manufacturers we work with. Nobody on our list is chosen from a screen: we walk the line, meet the engineers and see the parts before we order.
Market leaders on price and quality
Fifteen years in China means we know who actually builds the category’s best devices and who resells them. We buy from the makers, which is why our prices carry no middleman.
Customised, not off the shelf
Every Peakspan H2 product is specified by us: materials, membrane, battery, display, finish and the laser-engraved mark. Rigorous testing follows every change.
Tested in-house and by third parties
We test in-house, then commission independent laboratory analysis, and we publish the reports in full. Where a test is still in progress we say pending and add it the day it arrives.
Certificates checked, shipping handled
We read every certificate against the model we sell, keep the originals on file, and run shipping ourselves: free delivery in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the European Union (72-hour EU delivery), and cash on delivery in the UAE.
We stand behind every unit
1-year warranty on all products and 30-day returns on unopened items. If we make a statement or a claim, we follow up on it, in writing, on this website.
A Family Business With Its Feet in Two Countries
Peakspan H2 is owned and run by a family, not a fund. The owners hold university degrees in laboratory business and in marketing, and have spent fifteen years building products with Chinese manufacturers. That combination is the brand: laboratory discipline on the product side, and marketing that never has to hide behind small print.
The brand was born in the UAE, where we live and where our first customers are. Our second company, in Shenzhen, is where the devices are engineered, sampled and inspected. Every H2 Quantum Flask and H2 Pitcher passes through our own hands in both places before it reaches yours.
We started with hydrogen water because the science is genuinely interesting and the market was full of loud numbers with nothing behind them. Our answer is simple: publish the documents, name the laboratory, state the method, and let the product speak. Ten third-party documents are online today; our own independent tests are the next chapter and are marked pending until they are in.

Honest numbers
Every figure on this site carries its source: the laboratory report and its number, or the manufacturer’s specification, labelled as such. The 8,600 PPB result is published with its method, sample and moment of measurement.

What you see is the unit we sell: the same finish, the same display, the same mark. No stock renders of a neighbouring model.

Where a test or a certificate is still on its way, the word on the page is pending, not a promise. It changes to a report number the day the document lands.
The Peakspan Checklist
The same six questions, asked of every factory, before a single unit is ordered.
1 · A written specification
Electrode and membrane materials, water requirement, battery, connector, charge time, dimensions, weight and packing list, in writing, for the exact production configuration.
2 · A model-specific water test
From a named laboratory, on the model we buy, stating method, water, cycle time and when the measurement was taken.
3 · Food-contact testing on every wetted part
Body and lid, and the electrode plate and membrane too, with the material declaration for the body polymer.
4 · Electrical and battery safety
Safety documentation for the production build and a UN 38.3 transport report naming the actual battery, so the device can be shipped and flown.
5 · Certificates we can verify
Unredacted, numbered and dated, from a laboratory that will confirm them when we call. We check every one and publish it.
6 · A factory we have stood in
We visit before we buy, and again during production. If a maker will not put its numbers in writing or open its doors, it is not our maker.
