Shipping

• Free delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the European Union.
• Cash on delivery is available inside the UAE.
• Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: courier at 10% of the order value, shown at checkout.
• European Union: free delivery, within 72 hours of dispatch.
• Other international destinations (Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States): courier at 10% of the order value.
• Outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, local VAT and import duties are charged by the destination customs on delivery and are paid by the customer.

Delivery timing and carrier depend on the destination and product availability. Pre-order fulfilment timing is confirmed by email; we do not promise same-day dispatch or delivery.

Returns

Every product carries 30-day returns on unopened items and a 1-year warranty. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery; contact us first and we send the return instructions. Opened or used products are not returnable for change of mind. This does not limit rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable consumer law. Shopify processes checkout, contact-form and newsletter data for Peakspan H2. We use it to fulfil orders, answer messages and, when you opt in, send product and launch updates.
